Originally formed in 2005 to provide a wide variety of quality, flavorful loose leaf teas, STEAPERS was an online tea store that quickly grew into something more. We learned that tea is integrated into everyday life for many people all over the world. There is a culture all its own that revolves around tea. In many countries, people drink herbal teas for their medicinal benefits or because doctors prescribe it. In other countries, people will only conduct business after sharing time and conversation over tea. The list goes on. For this reason, STEAPERS desires to share this "tea experience" with you. Not only do we pride ourselves in bringing you the finest quality loose leaf teas and tea products, but we strive to share our knowledge and experiences with you through videos and other tools. We want you to share in the "tea experience" other people and other countries already know. We invite you to walk and grow with us in all that tea has to offer.
We want to be your tea experts! However, we don't want to keep everything we learn a secret. Tea is a wonderful product with a rich history. Although we focus on loose leaf teas, we still offer other products. After all, if you don't have a "steaper", you won't have any tea. Check out our assortment of tea pots and tea makers. In the future, we may also offer complimentary tea products such as honey sticks.
